I have always had a passion for Entrepreneurship which has led me to pursue a number of different ideas since being in high school. My passion for entrepreneurship combined with my experiences going to class led to me conceive the idea of PinIt with the help of my dad, Peter and brother, Jacob. The idea was born when I noticed issues and event across campus going unresolved or unnoticed. PinIt puts the power of reporting issues and events into the hands of the people who encounter these things first. With PinIt, I hope to help make a difference in the way people go about living their lives.
With a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and experience as a software engineer, I have always had an affinity for technology that makes peoples' lives better. Engineering involves finding solutions to difficult problems and at Pinit I want to enable localized event data to be more readily available to individuals. As COO of PinIt I strive to do just this and work to the best of my abilities to ensure a better future.
I have been a manufacturer's representative for over 30 years and I bring my sales experience to PinIt Mobile. I believe in the app of helping make the world a safer place, one pin at a time. Our new event planner just rounds off the app.
I am the father of 3 boys, twins David and Jacob, my co-owners, and Benjamin who is in college. I love spending time with my family and shooting darts in a local league. I coached youth sports for about 25 years which I enjoyed.
Solving problems has always been something I’ve enjoyed doing from a young age. As I grew older, I began to love technology just as much as I loved solving problems. When I attended the University of Massachusetts in Lowell majoring in Computer Science, I was able to use my love and passion in order to obtain the skills needed to develop the PinIt software. PinIt solves serious problems using mainstream technology. I hope this software will revolutionize the way we report problems in our communities and organizations.
